Lawrence Pribyl, President

Mr. Pribyl has been a partner, a Vice President and the original President of M&P Utilities which he founded in 1973. Mr. Pribyl built this Company to a peak of 300 employees and $73 million in revenue in 2001. Mr. Pribyl's thirty-year tenure with M&P Utilities has included the management of numerous telecommunications, utility, right of way, water, and gas projects. Mr. Pribyl started MP Nexlevel, LLC in 2002 to provide his customers with the service, quality, hard work and dedication that he takes great pride in, along with his staff.

Tim Pribyl, Vice President

Mr. Pribyl has been with M&P Utilities from its inception in 1973. Mr. Pribyl has acted in various capacities from laborer to General Manager. Mr. Pribyl, since 1990, has been responsible for estimating, production and profitability of each job. In addition to these responsibilities he has been responsible for the procurement of equipment ensuring the equipment was adequate to complete work on a timely basis in a rapidly growing business.

Mike Aydt, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Aydt has over 20 years experience in accounting, finance and manufacturing with 15 years at the controller level or above. He has had responsibility for all operational activities of a national operation with revenues in excess of $250 million. Mr. Aydt has lead large cross-functional acquisition and consolidation teams, in addition to managing the financial functions of growing entrepreneurial corporations. Mr. Aydt is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with BS in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration.

Brian Zarzycki, Vice President of Technology

Mr. Zarzycki has 15 years of experience in computers and networking technology. He has worked for several consulting firms and obtained certificattions for both Microsoft and Novell. Mr. Zarzycki has consulted for Fortune 100 - Fortune 1000 organizations. He graduated as a distinguished Military Graduate from New Mexico Military Institute. He strives for the best for all of our clients and brings big picture thinking to the networking world.
