Computer Maintenance
Maintenance of your computer equipment and software is an important part to staying proactive. Performing maintenance on your computer equipment is like changing the oil on your car or going to the doctor for a yearly physical. MP Integrated Solutions several maintenance programs that can be customized to fit your computer needs.
Monthly Maintenance:
We have a 4 page checklist of computer hardware and software items that we verify are operational and performing at 100% of the technologies capabilities. We go through this list once a month while onsite and then fix the problems that we discovered during this time period. Your organization will also be given a copy of this list as a reference to the work that was performed and to use as a tracking log of items on your computers, servers, infrastructure, and network have changed.
Quarterly Maintenance:
We use the same documentation discussed in our monthly maintenance program but on a more relaxed timeframe.
Workstation Maintenance:
Using state of the art software utilities, we can scan your network of workstation, let you know which computers need to be updated, update the computers and then provide you with a full detail report of the work accomplished.
